Asclepias Curassavica
Bencenuco (C); Malcasada (P); Milkweed (E); Nino muerto (P); Pasorin (P); Quiebraejo (C); Viborana (CR); Yuquillo (P) . In Honduras, the milky sap is used as a vermifuge; dried latex is said to induce sneezing. In Panama, it is reported to be a leprosy cure and a vermifuge. The inflorescence is used as a hemostatic and to cure gonorrhea.
